Bad weather?

No worries. Here you can find tips on how to experience the Blomberg even on rainy days.

If it rains, please follow the current instructions. The travel times can be adjusted according to the weather (you can get this information on our homepage). The summer toboggan run is closed when it rains.

This is how your day at the Blomberg could look like (cloudy and foggy):

You will arrive at the parking lot around 10:00 a.m. and hike up the forest road to the Blomberghaus (approx. 12:30 p.m.) and enjoy your well-deserved snack there. Descend via the discovery trail, where the little ones can explore the various stations (approx. 15:00 hrs). If you like, you can treat yourself to coffee and cake in the threshing floor at the foot of the Blomberg.

This is what your day at the Blomberg could look like (rain):

You arrive at the parking lot around 14:00 and walk directly to the Blomberg Blitz. Thanks to the rain cover, you can use it even in bad weather to speed down the toboggan run. And because the whole thing is great fun, you go several times (about 15:00 o'clock). To round off the day, take a seat in the cosy Blomberg barn and enjoy coffee and cake or other regional delicacies.
